Refund Position
TokenXgames operates on the TON blockchain, where all transactions deposits, bets, and withdrawals are processed on a decentralised, immutable ledger. Once a transaction is confirmed on chain, it cannot be reversed by any party, including TokenXgames.

Completed Match Bets
Bets placed in any completed match across all TokenXgames including TicTon, Rollix, QuadGo, Gemmon, Dotmino, and TurretRun are final and not refundable. All game outcomes are verified on the TON blockchain using a provably fair system. Once a match result is recorded on chain, it cannot be altered, reversed, or disputed on outcome grounds.
Blockchain Nature
All TON deposits, withdrawals, and in game transactions are blockchain based and irreversible by nature. TokenXgames is not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses, failed transfers caused by user error, or losses resulting from cryptocurrency market fluctuations. Always double check wallet addresses before confirming any transaction.
